How cute is this ! I love the picture & the site. I would love it more if you could ship me some of these lovely foods in this picture above. Good job sis. You are a women of many wonderful hats ! Bravo
The Lamb Tagine with Prunes and Apricots recipe sounds so delicious. It makes me want to cook it real soon. What fun it was for me to check your traps with you. Can hardly wait for your next recipe. Thanks for being such a wonderful daughter. I love you.
As a chemist I have created some OTO (One Time Only) recipies and I have not written anything down, mom has seen me cook and I promise her I cannot cook the same thing twice. Love to share some of these with you and put your thoughts in making them a valid taste bud experice. I had no idea you love international foods..
I LOVE the Tea. It is so wonderful all year round. Cold or hot. I am sooo excited to try these that you have spoken about. I am on my way RIGHT NOW to the site to shop & order some . Thank you so much my dear sister for your wonderful food site, I look forward to new things all the time.
Sally, You could try just substituting some flat leaf parsley or maybe just a little fresh oregano. If you go with the oregano, I would just do a small amount to start so it doesn’t overwhelm the flavor of the dressing. I hope you give it a try! Louise
I found out about your blog through my sister Sally, and I think it is fabulous! I took cooking classes at William Sonoma with Linda Steidel and have her cookbook “For Every Season”. I love it too!
Sandy, I remember you coming to our house a few years ago on Christmas day with Sally & Tom. I’m so glad you enjoyed my blog! It is a lot of fun to do and very rewarding to get comments like yours! Cheers, Louise
you made me hungry for a good ole’ tomato sandwich! made one yesterday – didn’t have “mushy” Wonder Bread, but whole grain white was a good substitute and Best Foods Mayo is the same as southern Hellmans…YUM!

Masood, You need to write down your OTO, otherwise, it is a big loss to all those who love ethic food!!

Did you order some? Which one did you get?
Louise, great job and the BBQ recommendations look great and Yu & Mi sushi is indeed the best!
Louise – I am not a cilantro fan. Can you please suggest an alternative for that ingredient in your slaw?
Thanks, Sally
